Creating a multi-piece shipment in Secureship is quite easy. Here's how to do it:
1. Login to your Secureship account.
2. Click the Create Shipment button (or use the link: https://secureship.ca/ship/shipment/create )
2. In the Package Details section, enter the weight, size, and insurance value of the first item. When you have entered all the details of the first box, click the "Add Package" button.
3. Repeat step 2 until you have added all the boxes that you would like to include in the shipment
Note: When creating a multi-piece shipment, it is important that you match the label with the correct box to avoid being incorrectly billed.
For example, if you have two boxes, one is 5 lbs, and the other is 20lbs, if you reverse the labels and have a label that is marked 5lbs attached on the 20lbs box, the carrier may re-weigh the package, see a discrepancy in the weight and bill you for the difference.
