How do I complete a pending shipment?

To complete a pending shipment you can do one of the following 3 things:

1. Schedule a pickup - this will automatically mark the shipment as complete

2. Let us know that a pickup isn't required.  To do so, navigate to the Schedule pickup page (link: and then click "Pickup NOT Required" for the items that don't require a pickup.

3. Wait for our system to detect that your shipment is in transit.
