What do I do if I have trouble printing?

If you are having trouble printing your shipping documents, here are a few steps you can take to help resolve the issue:

1. Ensure you have created the shipment. https://support.secureship.ca/hc/en-us/articles/204345598-How-do-I-create-a-shipment

2. If you have already created the shipment, you will have to go into your shipment history and select the reprint option. https://support.secureship.ca/hc/en-us/articles/205014767-How-do-I-reprint-my-shipping-label

3. When you have selected the reprint option from your history, the print dialog will show up.  Click cancel to this window.  You are now on the print page. On this page, there is an option to switch the label into PDF format.  Click that link and a new print dialog will show.  Try printing the shipping labels.

Note: If step #3 solves your printing issues, you can set the print format to always be PDF by changing the option in your preferences. (https://secureship.ca/webship/preferences.aspx)
