Pickups are available with UPS, FedEx and Personal Touch Courier. The only carrier that does not provide pickups at your home is Canadapost.
To schedule a pickup:
1. On the Home page, click on the hamburger button. Go to Pickups > Schedule (or use the link: https://secureship.ca/ship/pickups/schedule)
2. In the Pickup Location, choose the location you want. (For example, choose Office or Front Door.)
You can also add comments for the driver to indicate where you’d like pickup to take place.
NOTE: Pickups at residential locations or home offices are not guaranteed before the end of day, even if you have indicated an earlier close time.
