For shipments originating in Canada or the US, you do not need to call the carrier to schedule a pickup.
The best way to schedule a pickup is by doing it through Secureship. Here's how you do it:
1. On the Home page, click on the hamburger button located in the upper right corner. Click on Pickups > Schedule (or use the link: https://secureship.ca/ship/pickups/schedule).
2. Choose your pickup options.
3. Select the desired shipment(s) and click Schedule Pickup.
NOTE: Calling the carrier to schedule a pickup can result in extra costs.
