How do I cancel a pickup request?

1. On the Home page, click Schedule a Pickup (or use the link: https://secureship.ca/webship/schedulepickup.aspx).

2. Click the Pickup History tab and click the pickup Request Number.

3. In the Pickup Details pane, click Cancel Pickup.

NOTE: You can confirm that you have cancelled the shipment by reviewing the Status in the Pickup Details.
