When do I get invoiced or charged for the shipment(s) I have created?

Time of Shipment

By default, shipments are charged once they are received by the carrier.  

It typically takes the carrier 2-3 weeks to confirm the final weight, size, and delivery details for your shipment.  Once we receive this information from the carrier, the shipment is then officially invoiced to you, a copy of the invoice is emailed to you, and then made available to you via this link:  Any differences to the weight, size, or delivery details are also charged at that time.

NOTE: Shipments that are created but never used are not charged.


Time of Invoicing

You can also request that all shipments be charged to you at the time of invoicing instead.  For this option to be available to you, you would need to complete and pass the credit check.  Simply fill out the following form and email it to our support team:

As the carrier does take some time to confirm all the shipment information, invoices for those shipment normally occur 2-3 weeks after the package is received by the carrier. A copy of the invoice is emailed and made available for you online.
