I have a package ready to ship, how do I schedule a pickup?

Once have created your shipment, the next thing you need to do is schedule a pickup for that shipment!

1. On the Home page, click Schedule a Pickup (or use the link:

2. Choose your pickup options. 
3. Select the shipment(s) that need a pickup and click Schedule Pickup.



- You can change your default pickup preferences here

- If you have pickups at multiple locations, you will need to schedule a separate pickup for each unique location.  If you have a whole series of pickups but a one location, you can schedule them all in one shot.
